Processing Time
All items are made-to-order. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
Within the European Union

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We comply with EU consumer protection law. Customers purchasing from our EU store have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving goods, without giving a reason.
EU Customers

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it.

You then have another 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered if stock is available. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be processed.
